How to View Your Order History
Looking for your upcoming Mahjong events, past purchases, or order details from The Pepper Pot? You can view your complete order history by logging into your Pepper Pot customer account.
Step 1: Click "Account Login"
Scroll to the bottom of any page on The Pepper Pot website and click Account Login in the footer.
Step 2: Sign In
Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
- If you already have an account, enter your password and sign in.
- If you have never created an account, click Create Account and use the same email address you used when placing your orders.
Step 3: View Your Orders
After signing in, click Orders to view your order history.
Here you'll find:
- Upcoming Mahjong Open Play registrations
- Mahjong classes and events
- Needlepoint orders
- Order status
- Previous purchases
Step 4: View Your Order Details
Need to know what date and time your next Open Play or other event booking is scheduled for?
- Click your order to view your booking details.
- Event dates are displayed in YYYY-MM-DD format
- Event times use 24-hour (military) time. For example, 13:00 = 1:00 PM.
Don't See Your Order?
If your order isn't showing, try these quick steps:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same email address you used when placing your order.
- If you checked out as a guest, create an account using that same email address to connect your previous orders.
