Please Note: Pepper Points are not earned on the purchase of food, wine, cocktails and other beverages, Tile by Tile, First Stitch, Mahjong 101, Mahjong 102, Mini Mahj Events, private parties, special events, tips and gratuities, shipping charges, charitable products and donations, and all taxes.

How do I check my point balance?

Log in to your customer account at thepepperpot.co and then click the Pepper Points tab located on the lower right-hand corner of our website. Once logged in, you will be able to view your Pepper Points balance total.

Do my points expire?

Points will expire six months after the day they were earned.

Can I combine points from another account I have?

No. You may have only one Pepper Pot Club account and one login. Only one account per person may accumulate points, and you may only use one email address per account.

Points cannot be transferred to other accounts.

How do I use my Pepper Points?

You may spend your points by redeeming them for discount codes.

Pepper Point discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases or combined with any other offer. They also may not be used to purchase gift cards to The Pepper Pot, or redeemed for classes, events, or private parties.

How do the dicount codes work?

Once you've redeemed Pepper Points for a discount code, the code will remain in your account for 6 months until you redeem it. Each code is single-use, and balances cannot carry over.

The codes may be redeemed on the purchase of needlepoint canvases, Mahjong Open Play, threads, fibers, and needlepoint tools and accessories.

Do taxes and shipping fees earn Pepper Points?

Pepper Points are only earned on purchases totals; taxes, shipping and purchases made with an e-gift card or account credit are not eligible to earn points.

How do I receive points?

In-store

When shopping in person at The Pepper Pot in Barrington, IL, simply provide the email address associated with your Pepper Pot Club account at checkout. This allows our team to ensure your Pepper Points are credited to the correct account.

Online

When shopping at The Pepper Pot online, be sure to log in to the same customer account associated with your Pepper Pot Club membership before placing your order. This ensures your points are automatically added to your account.

Please Note: Pepper Points cannot be combined or transferred between accounts associated with different email addresses. To keep your points together and make sure you receive credit for every eligible purchase, please use the same account for all of your in-store and online purchases.
