How to Redeem a Gift Card

Step by Step Guide

Using a gift card at checkout is easy, but the redemption field appears in different places depending on whether you're shopping on a computer or a mobile device.

Redeeming Your Gift Card on a Desktop Computer

1. Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see the Discount code or gift card box.
3. Enter your gift card code.
4. Click Apply.
5. Your gift card balance will be deducted from your order total before payment.

Tip: If your gift card doesn't cover the full purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method.

Redeeming Your Gift Card on a Mobile Device

On mobile, the gift card field is hidden by default.

1. Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Scroll down until you see Click to Redeem Discount Code or Gift Card.
3. Tap that section to expand your order summary.
4. You'll now see the Discount code or gift card field.
5. Enter your gift card code and tap Apply.
6. Your gift card balance will be applied before you complete your payment.

Having Trouble?

If your gift card code isn't working:

• Double-check that you've entered the code exactly as shown.
• Make sure you're entering it in the Discount code or gift card field, not a promotional discount code field.
